Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, please submit a cancellation request in writing. Written cancellation notices will be accepted until one week prior to the beginning of the meeting (October 10, 2008). Please include your home address to expedite the processing of your refund. Your refund, less a $50 administrative fee, will be sent after the conclusion of the meeting.
